Designed for performance, hygiene, and operational flexibility, our Dry Yeast Extruder delivers consistent results under demanding production conditions. Built entirely from stainless steel, including a 316-grade hopper with a dedicated surface finish, it ensures superior cleanability and enhanced corrosion resistance—perfect for sensitive food and biotech applications.
With a maximum capacity of 5,000 kg/h (depending on yeast characteristics, dry matter %, and extrusion plate size), this premixer offers robust throughput without compromising product quality. The integrated mixer unit features two dedicated inlets for emulsifier dosing, enhancing process control. Inside the mixer section, three interchangeable extrusion plates (Ø12 to Ø5 mm) allow flexibility based on your process needs. These plates are quick and easy to remove for cleaning, and the system can run with three, two, or even one plate active, depending on the desired product structure.
For efficient maintenance, the mixer section opens manually, allowing fast, safe cleaning access. During the starch shaving process, the screw runs in reverse direction, effectively preventing starch from entering the mixing section or collecting beneath the extruder—making starch recovery simple and clean.
The unit comes complete with a fully integrated electrical control box featuring a frequency inverter, activated via signal from the RVF cabinet, ensuring seamless automation and system integration.
