Our Dry Yeast Extruder is engineered for optimal performance, flexibility, and hygiene in demanding production environments. Built with high-grade materials and intelligent control features, it ensures consistent, high-quality extrusion with minimal downtime.

Available in three screw sizes (Ø200, Ø250, and Ø350), we can build your extruder to various capacities and production needs. The stainless steel screw, treated with wet abrasive blasting, offers durability, excellent cleanability, and long-term corrosion resistance.

The easy-to-clean hopper features a hinged door for fast access, while a 6-setting analogue level sensor allows for fine-tuned process control and consistent product flow. Inside, two independently driven mixing paddles, controlled by frequency converters, ensure uniform mixing and flexibility in operation.

The optimized extrusion mouthpiece is equipped with a cooling chamber for stable processing and a safety switch for secure operation. An electro-polished extrusion plate with Ø0.5 mm holes delivers precise product shaping and easy cleaning.

For safe maintenance, a two-hand safety control allows low-speed screw and paddle rotation during cleaning operations. All electronics are housed in a separate stainless steel cabinet, while the system is controlled via a 9” full-colour touchscreen, either mounted near the extruder or integrated into the full line controls, depending on your setup.
