Our Rotary Vacuum Filter is built to meet the demanding hygiene and performance standards of modern food and starch processing lines. Its open-frame stainless steel construction provides full accessibility for washdown and maintenance, while the absence of flat surfaces minimizes product buildup and bacterial risk—ensuring fast, reliable cleaning.

A rigid, vibration-free knife support with servo-driven adjustment ensures consistent, accurate scraping, reducing starch consumption and wear. This precision contributes to smoother operation and longer service life, even under high-throughput conditions.

The rotatable supply pipe with integrated flush valve allows direct cleaning of the filter drum, simplifying product changeovers and reducing downtime. Internally, a pneumatically adjusted trough with analogue level sensor ensures optimal filling, while three selectable positions—run, standby, and cleaning—adapt seamlessly to operational needs. A pneumatic drain valve allows quick, hygienic discharge during cleaning cycles.

To maintain optimal hygiene, the unit features dual wash water spray pipes with stainless steel nozzles that thoroughly clean internal surfaces. All product-contact surfaces are wet abrasive blasted, enhancing corrosion resistance and cleanability.

For added safety and durability, all electronic components are mounted in a separate stainless steel control cabinet, protecting them from moisture and product exposure.
